Of course, “Your computer/device needs repair” is not the message that bus passengers expect to see.
The screen on the bus looks like a Windows 10 recovery screen. 0xc000000e may have to do with a boot configuration data file, and is likely the result of a damaged or disconnected drive.
And then there's the question: why is the screen upside down?
Cable routing? Or, more likely, it's a reflection because the screen is placed elsewhere.
Whatever the reason, the orientation can be easily handled by the software. However, this image of the recovery mode shows us how things really are. Windows is upside down.
