Todd McLellan is an artist whose task is to disassemble things and place their pieces in such a way that they not only create something beautiful but also show how complex it is to make each object.
One of Todd McLellan's projects was to get a classic Macintosh computer, disassemble it and distribute its interior uniformity over a white background. They are part of the series "Things Come Apart" in which fifty classical objects were disassembled and then arranged their materials first in size and then in complexity, creating a beautiful picture.
In addition, McLellan is preparing to release a book at the end of the month titled "Things Come Apart: A Teardown Manual for Modern Living". The cover of the book is the above image, and those you are interested in can pre-order from the Amazon.
