In fact, this can be implemented at zero cost since there are now plenty of free programs which, if combined in an appropriate way, can form a strong line of defense that has nothing to envy the "popular - commercial" counterparts programs. That is, we can, using a different type of free programs (eg firewall + hips + antivirus) to make an impenetrable protection shield for our computer.
A) Free Antivirus : The antibiotic is justifiably the "core" of our shield as long as it controls real-time computer processes. There are plenty of such free programs. We will suggest the following:
- Avira free antivirus : Very good antibiotic with good detection rates. What makes it even better is that it requires a low memory consumption (Ram) and a limited processing power. A small drawback is that it is a bit slow in the process of removing malware.
- Avast free : Also a very good program, which in its latest versions incorporates modern technologies such as autosandbox.
- AVG free: Very good antibiotic with good detection rates and a friendly and simple environment for the user.
- Qihoo 360 safe: Antivibrating with triple detection engine (QVM engine + BitDefender + 360 Cloud). The latest version also has a sandbox.
- Baidu antivirus: Also a new antibiotic with triple scan engine (Baidu Antivirus Engine + Baidu Cloud Engine + Avira)
- Bit defender free edition : The free version of perhaps the best "commercial" antibiotic right now.
- Malwarebytes Antimalware free: It is recommended to install the free version of this very good program. The free version does not work in real time but only for computing control, so it's good to use it at regular intervals.

- Comodo Internet Security: The most complete security suite at the moment. He is not jealous of any of the most well-known "paid" programs (eg Kaspersky, Norton, Eset). It has a firewall, antivirus, hips and sandbox. It is a program that requires little processing power, while it is developed by a team of very experienced developers.
- Outpost Security Suite: A strong point is the suite's firewall, and, compared to Comodo, it does not have a sandbox.
D) Sandbox programs: In recent years, these "new" types of anti-malware programs have appeared. The way these programs work is simple: The program browsing or other programs, e.g. pdf readers run in a sandbox. So no need to use an antibiotic since after navigation the box will simply empty!
