After a super-successful film appearance, the Star Wars: The Force Awakens is set to release on Blu-ray DVD on April 5th.
As usual, however, pirates hate waiting.
The first copy appeared in torrent sites sites about 12 hours ago, and has been downloaded over 300.000 times so far.
The thousands of seeders of course promise that the number of downloads of the latest Star Wars will skyrocket by the end of the weekteams.
We should mention that the cam version of the film has been circulating on the Web for several months, but due to the poor quality image and sound, interest was very limited.
Yet yesterday's release is the first official Blu-ray version released online.
Of course, Disney and Lucasfilm have done their best to limit the distribution of pirated copies in recent weeks, sending tens of thousands of abolition requests.
But their efforts do not seem to have any results.
