Adobe Flash Player 26.0.0.151: Adobe released a new version of Flash Player as part of its monthly security fix cycle companys, addressing known vulnerabilities.
Although the official release notes are not yet available, the company has just updated the download links to lead to Adobe Flash Player 26.0.0.151, which mainly focuses on troubleshooting errors.
So along with the Microsoft's Patch Tuesday, we also have the new Flash Player.
Microsoft makes the updated Flash Player available through Windows Update for both the Internet Explorer as well as for the Edge browser.
While Flash continues to receive updates for now, security fixes will be provided until the end of 2020, when Adobe will completely withdraw the software.
Until then, all other companies using Flash Player should change to alternatives.
Of course, as with any update, it is strongly recommended that you update the latest version as soon as possible.
