The development team Debian released the fourth point release of Debian 9. In the new Debian 9.4, all the latter are included patches. So if you already have Debian 9 installed then you don't need to download any of the new ISOs, just update your system.
In their announcement, the Debian project he says:
"The Debian project is pleased to announce the fourth information of the stable Debian 9 distribution (codename stretch). The point release adds mostly fixes for security issues, along with a few tweaks for serious issues. Security patches have already been published separately.”
Some notable bug fix updates included in this version, are the: anti-virus clamav, the cups printing software and the debian-installer which comes with a slightly newer kernel. The flatpak package system has also been updated to a newer version.
Security updates also received the following known software packages: Firefox, Thunderbird, Tor, Wireshark, OpenSSL, and Transmission.
