Windows 10: Hotkey Secret opens the Emoji dial in each application

The Emoji are unicode characters, and therefore the emoji you type with your keyboard will be visible on any modern or device that supports Emoji.

How to open the Emoji dial

To open Emoji, press the Win + keys together. or Win +; on your keyboard. In other words, hold down the Windows key and press either the end key (.) Or the question mark (?).

Your computer cursor should be somewhere that accepts text typing to use the above hotkeys. You can use the shortcuts in almost every application that has a text field (from web browser applications, messaging applications, Notepad, or Office).

When you open the Emoji window simply click on what you want to add to your text. The panel that will appear will remember which emoji you use more frequently and will display it first in the list.

With the new Windows 10 April 2018 Update, the Emoji panel can be left open even after adding an Emoji so you can enter whatever you want. To close it, click on “x”In the upper right corner of the table or press the key I on your keyboard.
