A case of child pornography and pornographic performances against 16 has been identified by the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office.
A case file was filed against 22hronian
A prior complaint was filed by 16's mother, according to which an unknown user posted material, on her profile on a social networking site where her daughter 16 was portrayed
From the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office, a case of child pornography and pornographic performances against 16 has been established and a case file of 22hronik was formed.
In particular, the case was investigated following a complaint from 16's mother, according to which an unknown user made a minor's social media publication, as well as disclosing the material through a private message to a minor friend of her.
According to the complaint, the unknown assailant approached the minor on a social networking page and managed, through pressure and threats, to extract two of her naked photos and archive audio and video with pornographic content, where she is depicted.
The above-mentioned complaints, after having been brought to the notice of the Athens Prosecutor's Office, ordered the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division to conduct a Preliminary Examination to investigate the complainants.
A thorough and thorough police investigation, digital data and data was conducted as part of the screening, and correspondence was made with the social networking site and the relevant internet service providers, which gave rise to the involvement of 22hronian in the case.
How the 22-year-old was found in order to maintain his anonymity and make it difficult to trace him, while connecting to the account in question on the social networking page, he was accessing from free wireless networks, in the wider area of his place of residence.
The above actor, who was identified by the person who suffered as the owner of the profile of the social networking site, was not arrested because the conditions of the self-imposed procedure did not meet him.
The case file of the regular procedure will be re-submitted to the Athens Prosecutor's Office.
