As you have already noticed, the site has changed "front." The main theme is genesis, and child currently doesn't know what it is because it's still being configured. 
Genesis themes are exactly what a theme should be for WordPress. It is not superfluous characteristics, paying a lot of attention to speed performance, but more to SEO.
So anyone with PHP knowledge can intervene in the theme and do it as he imagines. We will not make any more obvious changes. The Development Team is currently working on issues that are not visible to the public.
We consider it more important to be out of the picture and so we will leave it plain and easy to read without ads in the original for fast loading.
Over the next few days, you'll see a further improvement in the page load time as everything is still under development.
