If you're wondering what's new in LibreOffice 5.4, according to the changelogs the new version fixes a lot those reported by LibreOffice users 5.3.x but also adds some news .

According to developers there are several improvements to 5.4 in most of the office suite components (Writer, Draw, Math, Calc etc). The new suite supports better RTF and DOCX format files and adds new features to Writer, Calc and Impress.
