Antergos is a modern, elegant and powerful operating system based on Arch Linux. It was launched under the name Cinnarch, combining the Cinnamon desktop with the distribution Arch Linux.
Since then the project has progressed from its initial goals and offers several different desktop options, including: GNOME 3 (default), Cinnamon, Razor-qt and Xfce. Antergos has its own graphics program installation.
The functional like all its forks Arch Linux, is not recommended for novice Linux users. If you have already worked with Linux (even with Ubuntu or Mint), you will not have any particular difficulty.
As mentioned above Antergos has its own Cnchi graphical installer. The boot of the installer is done in one surface work GNOME, but according to duration The installer gives you the options to choose between several different desktops such as: GNOME 3, Cinnamon, Mate, KDE, Xfce and Openbox.
The network connection is required to start the installation as before it is automatically updated the Cnchi installation program.
