UICF τα παιδιά του ISIS: Η Interpol σε συνεργασία με το Group-IB, μια company security from Moscow, identified and revealed the true identities of five members of the Federal Islamic Government Force, or United Islamic Cyber Force (UICF).
UICF is a loosely managed hacker group specializing in website defacement and DDoS attacks when politically charged events occur themethe. Usually the group works for ISIS.
The group has been active since January 2014 and managed to acquire over 40 members during its presence on thenetwork.
The most popular UICF hacks are the counterfeiting of TV5Monde, Bloc Québécois and Notepad ++ in January of 2015, after his attacks Charlie Hebdo.
UICF hackers took control of websites and posted pro-ISIS messages in support of its terrorists Charlie Hebdo.
Of these defacement, along with other hacking data, Group-IB researchers managed to create profiles for UICF hackers.
In five cases, researchers were able to link these profiles to their real identities. All five UICF hackers are young men who just finished school.
According to this Group-IB, the five hackers are: Chakra Bernaty (AnoaGhost) from Indonesia. Guntur R. (Gunz_Berry) from Indonesia, Habiblahi Adeleke B. (W3bh4x0r) from Nigeria. Lakhar B., (Lakhdar DZ) 21 years from Sidi Bel Abbes in Algeria and Zishan Rider from Delhi, India.
Each of these five hackers is part of many hacking teams, not just UICF. But all five are low-skilled.
The Group-IB report includes censored photos of hackers, links to social media profiles, and how the researchers discovered each of them.
The most interesting case is that of AnoaGhost, in which researchers reportedly discovered him because of a photos that he uploaded online. The image showed the hacker dressed in his school uniform, which also displayed his real name.
