Microsoft has today confirmed that the next major operating system update Windows 10 Fall Creators Update will be released on October 17, 2017.

The official publication in the Windows Blog for the upcoming Windows 10 Creators Fall Update made by Terry Myerson, Executive Vice President, Windows and Devices Group, and highlights some of the new features of the Fall Creators update and which products benefit from them.

Windows Inking: Smart Ink uses artificial intelligence to improve the ink experience. Also, you can write with “ink” directly on PDF documents and use the new one mode of Windows “Find my Pen” to find your pen if you have lost it.
Photos and Videos: The Photos app has been redesigned and you can use it to tell “stories with photos, videos, music, 3D and even with ink”.
OneDrive: On-demand records are returned.
Games: Gameplay has been updated and new Xbox Play Anywhere games are coming, including Forza Motorsport 7 and Cuphead.
Security: Windows Defender has new defense capabilities against ransomware and exploits.
Accessibility: New feature control through eyes to control windows using it movement of the eyes.
Windows Mixed Reality: The Windows mixed reality device will be available on 17 October starting at 299 dollars. It promises easier setup and handling, as it's just one you need to connect to the computer.
