Piktab: Chrome Extension for Easily Finding Free Design Objects

The Piktab extension for the Chrome browser will help you easily find the countless free designing goodies available on the internet, such as iconsets, UI kits, mockups, vector graphics, and more.

If you are an aspiring web designer or application for mobile phones or graphic designer in general, then the extension Piktab for Chrome, it will quickly and easily show you the latest free design articles from around the web. This extension pulls all the latest freebies from a specified date range, sorted by time of publication. It includes some great sites with free material such as Iconfinder, Pixabay and Vecteezy (among many others).

In the settings window of this extension, you can add new web pages that provide free material or remove existing ones. This gives you even more flexibility to organize the best freebies in the Piktab environment.

By default, it organizes all freebies together, but you can filter from the following predefined categories:
Icons, Vectors, Texture, Video, Photo, PSD, Sketch, Mockup, UI Kit, Fonts, Tutorials, Other

It's a pretty long list and you can even add your own sources based on these categories. Everything is organized in a neat little grid with details about the location and type of asset (photo, icon set, etc.).
