Orfox is a browser for Android based on the same source code with the Tor browser. But the Android app also has some additional privacy tweaks.
Basically, if you want to run Tor on Android, Orfox is probably the best option.
The installer is not too complicated, but it requires more than installing the Orfox app.
You'll also need to install the Orbot app for Android. Without it, you can not use the browser as it will not be able to use it Tor Network. Orbot is what connects to the Tor network, so you can not use your browser without it.
Orfox prompts you to install Orbot when you first run the app. if you don't already have the sub-app installed, use it notice that appears to install it.
Orfox is based on Firefox (as is the Tor browser) and comes with NoScript and Tor browser settings plugins Browser Settings.
The app by default is set to the Tor browser template (where the default layer security is on low).
