Microsoft announced on 5 December, a preview version of the free innovative Whiteboard application for Windows 10. This is a new Office application that brings you a digital table in which users can collaborate in real time.
Η Whiteboard is a new collaborative application that allows groups of users to work together in a program, using a virtual toolbox where they can draw whatever tool they want to express their ideas. Since it is a software solution, it comes with extra features compared to a physical table. For example, you can use images, post-it notes, multiple tables, a series of simple shapes, font styles, and more.
To use the application as canvas for a group, a subscription to Office 365 is required. Real-time collaboration requires at least one person in your team to subscribe to Office 365.
