Apparently Apple recently changed their replacement policy batteries on iPhone 6 or newer devices and will accept all requests regardless of what the diagnostic tool used internally says.
The French iGen website reports that Apple has published an internal memo to inform Apple Store employees and Apple's authorized stores that battery replacement is due to all company customers even if the diagnostic tool used shows that the battery is in good condition.
At the end of last week, Apple issued a statement on the iPhone battery fiasco, dropping the price of battery replacements for devices starting with the iPhone 6 to $29. This particular one program battery replacement started from December 2017 and will be valid until December 2018.
Apple's previous battery replacement policy indicated that to approve a request, a diagnosis should be made to show that the battery was actually downgraded, otherwise the company could refuse replacement.
This is no longer the case, and all those who have old appliances iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7 ή 7 iPhone Plus they can change their batteries for 29 dollars.
However, many are still convinced that Apple will have to replace the batteries completely free of charge, considering how much an iPhone costs.
