The new Voice Dictation v2.0 is an online speech recognition application that allows you to type with your voice, and without installing any software. 
No special training is required and all you need is Google Chrome on a computer running Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
Dictation can recognize words in too many languages (yes, in Greek).
Another feature of online dictation offered by service is also the support for voice commands that let you do more with your voice.
For example, you can give a command to go to a new line or paragraph. You can add punctuation marks, special symbols or even smiles using simple commands in most languages.

I tried it and it works perfectly from Android (maybe because it is based on Linux ????)
