The new Voice Dictation v2.0, is an online application speech recognition that allows you to type with your voice, and without installing one software. 
No special training is required and all you need is Google Chrome on a computer running Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
Dictation can recognize words in too many languages (yes, in Greek).
Another feature of online dictation offered by the service is also support for voice commands that allow you to do more with your voice.
For example, you can give a command to switch to new line or paragraph. You can add points punctuation, special symbols or even smileys using simple commands in most languages.

The application naturally requires you to use your microphone.
I tried it and it works perfectly from Android (maybe because it is based on Linux ????)
And when I say perfect I mean in English because with Greek it does not have ..
