Microsoft today released the Windows 10 Insider Preview for Windows 10 Spring Creators Update Build 17133 to all Windows Insiders enrolled in the Release Preview ring.
What does this mean;
This version is the likely build that will be used to create the RTM for the upcoming one functional Spring Creators Update system.
Today, Microsoft has announced via its official Twitter account that they have already begun releasing the release to those on the Release Preview Channel.

To install this version, follow the path:
Settings - Update and Security - Windows Update and check for new updates using. For Release Preview to appear, you must set your system to receive updates from the Release Preview ring.
This is for the hurry because the official ISO of Build 17133 should be released soon.
This version includes the following bug fixes:
Fixed an issue affecting devices with it enabled BitLocker with unexpected starts.
We fixed an issue that was causing difficulties in analysis monitor when there were 4 or more monitors connected.
We fixed a problem in the Microsoft Edge URL line
If you are interested in installing the Preview version of Windows 10 Spring Creators Update, you can do so, as it can be easily converted to the upcoming "final" Windows 10 Build 17133 with some cumulative updates.
