According to Wired, starting at 7 A.M. on Tuesday, some Facebook users will begin to see two messages at the top their news feed. One message will refer to Cambridge Analytica, while the other will focus on privacy, data, and control of the applications they use on Facebook.
So if you or one of your Facebook friends had tried the quiz “This is Your Digital Life” used by Cambridge Analytica to steal data, you will see the following message:
We have banned the "This is Your Digital Life" page, which may have been used by one of your Facebook friends. You can learn more about what happened and how you can remove any other application and page if you no longer want to have access to your Facebook information. ”
If Cambridge Analytica did not have access to your data, Facebook will take you to settings so you can better protect your information on the social network and its countless applications.
