Apple is reportedly replacing batteries from some 13-inch MacBook Pros after reports of a defect causing the built-in battery to "bloat" battery.
Apple states that the Appliances affected are MacBrook Pros that do not have a touch bar, and were manufactured between October 2016 and October 2017.
Device owners can determine if they are eligible for a battery replacement by entering their serial number productto their in support page Apple.
The battery replacement program does not apply to the MacBook Pro 13 inch inch touch-screen or older MacBook Pro 13 inch models, according to Apple's announcement.
If someone now from the affected device owners bought a new battery, Apple will return the money.
