Η Google started with the release of the new Gmail. The company's updated messaging service comes with many new features that were first tested in Inbox, but also a refreshed design. The rollout of the revamped service started a few hours ago, so it's very likely that you won't be able to see the changes yet.
As the company says, the refreshed look should be enabled by the users themselves through Gmail settings (yes from the gear icon).
There will be a new option that says "Try the new Gmail" or Try the new Gmail. At the moment in our test, the option is not yet available, but according to the company, it will appear in the next few days.
Changes to Gmail design and features include adding control over some applications like Calendar and Tasks. Updating will make it easier and faster to check messages, since just placing your mouse over the email without opening it, you will be able to see a preview.
The new Gmail will bring the new Snooze feature, which will actually allow you to postpone emails.
Along with Snnoze, comes the "Confidential Mode", which will allow Gmail users to block certain message forwarding features or restrict the ability to copy, download or print to recipients.
Google with the new feature will allow its users mail service to demand codeof access to open some messages email, which will be generated via SMS. Users of the service will also be able to set a date expiration of sent messages.
Google's Confidential Mode functions are similar to those found in Microsoft's Outlook application. These features will greatly attract businesses that want more control over the way emails are used by recipients.
