Google today released a standalone version of the Tasks tool for Android and iOS mobile operating systems. The Google Tasks app will help you design, organize, and plan your day-to-day tasks and tasks, and comes right after announcement of the new Gmail.
Google Tasks existed as part of the G Suite, but it seems the company has finally decided to make it available to everyone by launching a standalone application for Android and iOS.
"Activate, record and edit your tasks from anywhere, anytime, with to-dos synced across all your devices. Integration with Gmail and Google Calendar will help you get your tasks done much faster." says Google.
Google Tasks promises to help you create task lists for your most important tasks, manage your work from Gmail or Google Calendar, and edit, view, and manage all your tasks, from all your devices, directly from your mobile phone.
The app will also allow users to easily analyze their tasks on subordinate tasks, add and edit details on any task requiring special attention, create jobs directly from Gmail, track work from incoming messages, view tasks in the Gmail sidebar, change their priority and organize them by date with drag and drop.
