After a few weeks delay the update Windows 10 Spring Creators Update which eventually happened Windows 10 April 2018 Update, will be released today. This does not mean that you will receive the information today, as we've mentioned that Windows 10 major updates are rolling out gradually.

Also, Atom Clover Trail processors are no longer supported and a manual upgrade could cause irreparable problems.
Make sure you have plenty of storage space. The Windows 10 April 2018 Update update will require at least 16GB on your disk, but it is recommended that you have at least twice as much space. If the download starts and there is not enough space to store the files and decompress them, the process is put on hold until you clean up your disk. So before you start it would be good to clean your disk, especially if you have a space problem.
