Recall that the use of Kaspersky's Moscow-based security products was banned in all US government agencies after the company's involvement in a spying story. The company was accused of gaining access to NSA's top secret data.

Kaspersky had filed two lawsuits challenging its accusations s, arguing that it violated the fifth amendment. But on Wednesday, Judge Kollar-Kotelly ruled summarily that both of Kaspersky's objections lacked merit and that the will continue to be unused by government agencies.
