The Debian development team released the fifth point release of Debian 9 July 14. In the new Debian 9.5, all the latest patches are included.
So if you have already installed Debian 9 then you do not have to download any of the new ISO, just update your system.

“Το Debian project ανακοινώνει με μεγάλη χαρά την τέταρτη ενημέρωση της σταθερής διανομής Debian 9 (κωδική ονομασία stretch). Το point release mainly adds fixes for issues security, along with some adjustments for serious problems. The security patches have already been published separately. ”
