This new view of results is intended to help you and guide you through common, helpful aspects of a topic. According to Google's announcement at The Keyboard, the new feature comes to help you "have fun through the available information, which aims to deliver more relevant results".
This update is the latest in a series of improvements that Google has made to the machine Search (Google Search).
