The Arch Linux project released a new one today snapshot ISO (Arch Linux 2018.10.01) for those who want an updated installation medium for fresh installs of the operating system. 
Arch Linux 2018.10.01 contains Linux kernel 4.18.10, and includes all the latest updates software and security patches that have been released throughout September 2018. 
This means you won't have to λήψη hundreds of updates after installing Arch Linux on a new computer.
Let's recall that Arch Linux is a rolling operating system that follows a roll-out update model. So if the distribution user does the updates, it does not need to install a new version of the operating system.
