Η Microsoft Cumulative Update KB4464330 has just been released for systems running Windows 10 version 1809, Windows Server & Hosting 2019 LTSC and Windows Server ACore to version 1809. The update raises the OS Build to version 17763.55.

The update does not add any new features. Fixes a group policy that can delete files from a user's profile. In addition it brings security updates for Windows Kernel, and many more as you can see in the image above.
Those who have installed Windows 10 October 2018 Update can install the update. The rest of you should wait for Microsoft to update the ISOs installations with the new Fix.
