Lately, many users of Windows 10 do not seem to be particularly pleased.

Windows 10 continues to be advertised and promoted by Microsoft as the best operating ever. Windows 10 celebrated their third anniversary in July, but despite the aggressive promotion used by Microsoft at times, Window 7 continues to be the world's leading operating system.

Meanwhile Wind Winds 10 are constantly developing with two major updates of features that are released every year. So normally Windows friends have a very good incentive to install Windows 10 since it is a version that offers new features twice a year.
According to Microsoft, this strategy works. Every month, more and more systems are updated to the latest version of Windows 10, and previous releases are being abandoned.
The following data shows how many Windows 10 installed in the last 12 months (until July 2018). Windows 10 April 2018 Update seems to be in the top three months only after its release. 
In July, the April 2018 Update was installed on 68% of computers with Windows 10, while the Fall Creators Update has the second place with 18%. Only 14% of devices are still running an earlier update of Windows 10.
These numbers indicate that Microsoft's strategy works and that WindUws 10 users usually update their computers very quickly. But there are also those who prefer an older version of the operating system.

Windows 7 has survived the release of Windows 10 despite the aggressive practices used by Microsoft, and although the company has repeatedly stated that no one will be able to download security updates after January 2020.
Judging from the data, Wind Winds 10 increases their market share when users lose WindUws 7, and when Windows 7 drops, Windows 10 earns the numbers. This indicates that some users moved from one version to another in a rather short period.
The other look
Windows updates were fine before Windows 10. Fast, simple and adjustable. Then came progress and evolution in the name of a rolling version available as a service. So today Microsoft is trying to improve its new system that is far ahead of innovation and new features, to reach the stability that Windows 7 continues to have.
Finally, does the development step go only forward or should it go a little way back?
