Last week, the Microsoft stopped his mood Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809), to investigate what he had not investigated before its official release.
Due to the serious nature of data loss, the company withdrew all its functionalities in the 1809 version (Server 2019 and IoT).
In previous publication We also mentioned that this update was only available to those who were manually upgrading via the "check for updates" from the Windows settings.
So today the company released the reissue of Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809), for Insiders. THE new edition (RTM Build 17763.1.rs5_release.180914-1434 plus CumulativeUpdate KB4464455 which brings the OS Build to version 17763.104.rs5_release_svc_prod2.181013-1219) is available for Slow Ring subscribers, and is coming for more testing before a wider release.
From the following link you can read Microsoft's announcement and see the fixes made in the new build:

It would probably be silly to mention a tip like "do not try the operating system on systems you are using" after all that has happened.
