The Windows 10 automatically install updates unless you have disabled this feature.
Sometimes problems may occur during installation updates, e.g. when some update gets stuck and doesn't let the OS to complete it procedure information.

Before continuing, make sure that the user account you are using has administrative rights. To delete pending Windows 10 updates, you will need to open a command prompt window with administrator rights. net stop wuauerv
