Unlocking the bootloader requires little skill and you can do it without any particular problem. In case you want to check if your device's bootloader is locked or unlocked, follow these steps.

You can check the bootloader status directly from the device you are using. The method below works on most mainstream . If it works on your device, you can use the PC method described below: .

On your Android device, open the Phone app and type the following code.

A new window will open. In this window, follow the path: Information Services - Configuration. There you will see if your device's Bootloader is locked or not.

Method with PC

If the above method does not work on your device we will find the bootloader status from your computer. It's very simple but you have to download the ADB & Fastboot tools first (Darwin, LinuxAnd Windows) by Google.

Download the file and extract the contents to a folder. Then open a command prompt window in that folder. You can do this by typing cmd in the search for 10. Then go to the path using cd. (for example if the folder is on the desktop cd C:\Users\iguru\Desktop\fakelos )

Then you should put your phone into Fastboot mode. To do this, turn off your phone. Then hold down the Volume Down and Power button until your device restarts. After it is activated, release Power but continue to hold it of Volume Down until you see the bootloader screen.

Connect the phone to your computer via the data cable. Once logged in, run the following command. If you see a code, it means that your device has been detected.

fastboot 

Once your device has been detected, run the following command to see the bootloader information.

fastboot oem device-info
