Google has confirmed that it is discontinuing the smart app messaging Allo to focus more on Messages application.
Allo will continue to work until March of 2019, and will give users the option to export their conversation history to Messages.
"Earlier this year, we stopped investing in Allo and brought some of its favorite features - such as Smart Reply, GIFs and desktop support - to the Messages app," said Matt Klainer, Google's VP of Consumer Communications Products. Publication.
