Windows 7; Easily upgrade Desktop App Assure to Windows 10

Desktop App Assure: Windows 7 is now running last days of support, and Microsoft seems to be trying to convince them of the operating system to upgrade to Windows 10. So the company thought it good to ensure that the upgrade of the system of each interested party will go smoothly.

Windows 7

In 2018, the company announced the Desktop App Assure application, with the aim of making the transition to Windows 10 an easier process. The application is now available worldwide and in ten different languages.

Microsoft says it has already done extensive testing and found that only 1% of apps may need additional tweaks when upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10. In other words, 99% of apps will work perfectly on Windows 10 and Office 365 ProPlus when they exist in Windows 7.

Desktop App Assure, in addition to the easiest and safest upgrade, also offers free in case you're in the 1% and Windows 10 issues.

"For our customers who reached out to our support team, only 0,1% of their applications ran into compatibility issues," explains Microsoft.

If you are interested you can find more details about Desktop App Assure at official company page. There, Microsoft encourages its customers to get in touch with the company through the FastTrack portal.

Windows 7 support ends in January 2020, which (to put it bluntly) Microsoft uses a lot to market the Windows as a service of Windows 10.
