Many of the cumulative updates for Windows 10 released by Microsoft at Patch Tuesday February cause two new problems which were recently confirmed by the company.
The first is a new bug that can damage specific ones functions of Internet Explorer.
“After installing this update, Internet Explorer may not load pictures with a backslash (\) in their source path”, he says the company adds that the easiest solution is to "change the inverse perpendicular (\) to the relative path of the image element."
The company explains that it is already trying to fix the problem, and that it will fix it with an update probably in the next Patch Tuesday.
The second issue after the February updates causes problems in applications that use Microsoft Jet databases in the Access 95 file format. Microsoft claims that the problem causes the modeof these applications. Surprisingly, the February Patch Tuesday fixes a similar bug in Access 97 databases.
Microsoft says the easiest way is to convert the database to an .accdb file. According to the company, an update will be released that fixes the problem by the end of the month for all Windows 10 devices.
