Flow State sends emails with links where you can listen to two hours of instrumetal music from a variety of artists and different genres, ideally as a music background during your work or other activities. All music is dealt with by people, not by algorithms. This means that there is a wide variety of well-known and non-artists in a variety of forms. Each email is associated with up to five artists. To get an idea recently, music pieces were sent by Johann Johannsson, Khruangbin, David Borden, Steve Reich and Ludovico Einaudi, Debussy and Tangerine Dream.

The music newsletter has until now been a paid model. The new free option delivers music to your email from Tuesday to Friday of each week. Messages are sent at 8:00 AM. time s, and so you can have them in the morning of every working day. Don't play test with a fake email because the site reads the cookies and then won't let you put in your correct email if you want the service. If you still do, then delete them of the specific website or simply repeat the same process with another browser.

Music sources vary and include one or more links to sources such as Spotify, SoundCloud, , Apple Music, Bandcamp, Mixcloud and Google Play. Some emails have links to one source, and some to two or more sources.
