Microsoft has just released Windows 10 build 18362 to Insiders registered with Slow Ring, and this is considered by many that this version is a RTM candidate, if not the RTM itself, of the forthcoming update 19H1.
Originally Windows 10 build 18362 was released in the Fast Ring earlier this week, and it appears to be an update that fixes only three known issues for the final users and a developer bug.
Additionally, Microsoft has reportedly patched two of the most significant issues in previous builds, including one affecting the Microsoft Store and prevented her automatic updating applications.
Dona Sarkar, head of Windows Insider, reports that some Insiders in Slow Ring may encounter an error while installing this build.
"We have received reports from Windows Insiders having installation issues when they try to install this Build with error code 0x80242016. We fixed it immediately and we ask the interested users to upgrade the following item: https://aka.ms/AA4jxt8. We will share additional information when available ".
As for the likelihood of being RTM or an RTM candidate, let's remind you that we are entering the last week of March, the month that we need to complete the development of information.
According to Microsoft's release schedule, Windows 10 19H1, also known as April 2019 Update or simply version 1903, is scheduled to be completed in March, while its availability to the public will begin in April. So if everything goes according to the company's schedule the RTM should be released next week.
So if build 18362 is actually the RTM version, it should be sent very quickly to Release Preview ring.
