Microsoft yesterday released Windows 4490481 cumulative update KB10 for the Appliances running version 1809, which is also the latest for mainstream computers.
The version became available only one day after Mission by the company, inside the Preview Release ring. The update is available exclusively for Windows 10 version 1809, which is also referred to as the "October 2018 Update", and increases the operating system creation number to 17763.404.

However, it is worth noting that this update fixes an issue that has affected computers with multiple audio devices. This is an error recognized by Microsoft in previous cumulative updates.
We read in the Changelog: “Applications that provide advanced options for internal or external audio output devices may stop working unexpectedly. This issue occurs for users who select a device εξόδου ήχου διαφορετική από την “Προεπιλεγμένη συσκευή ήχου”. Παραδείγματα εφαρμογών που μπορεί να σταματήσουν να λειτουργούν, περιλαμβάνουν το Windows Media Player, το Realtek HD Audio Manager και το Sound Blaster Control Panel”.
In addition, Microsoft says it has fixed a bug that caused the menu layout to reset “Start”, after the upgrade in Windows 10 version 1809. In other words, after upgrading from an older version of Windows 10 to version 1809 in October 2018, the Start menu has lost its settings, so this cumulative update addresses this unexpected behavior.
