Google has just released a new little update for Chrome 73 as it prepares for another major update later this month.
With the current update, Google Chrome reaches version 73.0.3683.103 in all supported platforms desktop ie for Windows, Linux and macOS. Needless to say, this is a minor update that brings no news characteristics and you can check the full changelog from here.
An important issue that this update does not seem to fix is a bug that causes some users to flicker the screen in Windows 10. Today's release is likely to be the latest update to Google Chrome 73, as the company launches another major update later this month.
Google Chrome 74 is expected to be released on April 23 and will be available on all supported platforms, including mobile devices.
Meanwhile, the number of browsers with base Chromium increases, with the adding Microsoft Edge, which also migrates from EdgeHTML to the same mechanism. THE Microsoft is expected to formally release a preview of construction of the new browser in the coming weeks, while the fixed version of the new Edge should be released on Windows 10 and other supported platforms sometime 2019.
