At the end of the notification there is a "learn more" link that leads users to one support page Microsoft that lists additional details about the end of Windows 7 support.

Microsoft of course promotes Windows 10 as a recommended upgrade to Windows 7 users, but at the same time it also states that buying a new computer is the best way to take full advantage of the new operating system.

The company he says:

You could continue to use your PC running Windows 7, without software and security updates, but it would be at greater risk of being infected by viruses and malware. The best way to stay safe is to upgrade to Windows 10. And the best way to use Windows 10 is with a new computer. Installing Windows 10 on your older device is possible but not recommended.

This notice appears if you install the KB4493132 update. If you remove this update, the warning will no longer appear on your device.

However, you can turn off the alert as it has a deactivation option. This can prevent this behavior without necessarily removing the update.
