Microsoft recently released a new package wallpaperof Windows 10, titled Earth day, featuring a collection of ten different 4K Earth Day themed images.
The Earth Day package is offered free of charge to users of Windows 10, with ten themed high-resolution 4K photos, especially for the celebration of Earth Day 2019, which was on April 22.
The theme description states: “On Earth Day 2019, marvel at the fragile beauty of endangered and endangered species and habitats around the world - in stunning 4K resolution, a free exclusive 10-image set of Windows 10. Themes intended for use only as desktop wallpapers. "
The collection can be installed by Microsoft Store just like any other application. To download go here.

Like all other wallpaper-based themes, you can move from one background to another by right-clicking on the desktop and choosing to switch to the next or previous image.
If you want to install this wallpaper package / theme, you must run the Windows 10 update of April 2018 (1803 version) or October 2018 (1809 version).
