The developers of the MX Linux distribution have just made its ISOs available versions 18.3. MX Linux 18.3 is a refresh of the MX-18 release, and brings fixes, and several application updates from the original MX-18 release.
Note: Version 18 users will simply need to update their operating system. No news required installation.
The latest updates come from Debian 9.9 (stretch), and the antiX and MX repositories. New updated mx-apps The mx-installer (based on gazelle-installer) has been updated.
The installer has suffered processing to allow the user to enter system configuration options while files are still being copied from the installation media, speeding up the installation time of the distribution.
Added new encryption encryption options in ESP environments. Added improvements to the UEFI boot setup routines, and fixed a lot errorthe.
