Windows 10: A new set of tests conducted by experts security by AV-TEST gives us a closer look at the existing antivirus options on the market.
At March - April 2019 survey five different well-known security products emerged: Bitdefender, F-Secure, Kaspersky Lab, McAfee and Symantec.

On the other hand, there are 6 security products that received a total of 17,5 points, losing just 0,5 points in one of the three test categories. These applications belong to the companies AhnLab, Avast, AVG, Avira, Microsoft and VIPRE Security.
The lowest score this time is the PC Pitstop PC Matic application, which received just 15,5 points for protection and 6 points for performance and usability.
Let's say a few words about it Windows Defender of Microsoft which impressed once again after managing to get 17,5 points overall, with 6 points for protection, 5,5 for performance and 6 points for usability.

Windows Defender offers 100% protection in both the March - April tests against 0day malware attacks and the new samples discovered in the last 4 weeks, discovering new threats with a success rate of 99,3% up to 100%.
Microsoft's antivirus didn't cause false alerts because it didn't accidentally block web sites. According to AV-TEST, it made a mistake by detecting an innocent app as malicious software during the system scan. However, according to the company the average in its tests is 3 such warnings.
Windows Defender did not give false positive messages when installing or using innocent software.
