Η Microsoft just was released new cumulative updates for devices running Windows 10, as part of Patch Tuesday for June 2019.
Although installing cumulative updates is usually quite dangerous because it often presents problems on some systems, today's release is especially important because it is a Patch Tuesday. What does this mean; Security updates for the latest known vulnerabilities.
In other words, the cumulative updates for Windows 10 that are currently being released include fixes for vulnerabilities in the Microsoft operating system.
So far there are no reports of failed installations, but updates have just been released, so it remains to be seen what will happen by tomorrow.
What's important to know is that there are updates for all versions of Windows 10, except Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Home and Pro that is no longer supported by Microsoft.
We should mention that today's Patch Tuesday also brings the first update for the new Windows 10 May 2019 Update, or version 1903, which was released last month and is still in procedure distribution through Windows Update for too many devices.
The cumulative updates of Patch Tuesday for June 2019 are the following:
Windows 10 May 2019 Update (version 1903): KB4503293 (OS Build 18362.175)
Windows 10 October 2019 Update (version 1809): KB4503327 (OS Build 17763.557)
Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803): KB4503286 (OS Build 17134.829)
Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709): KB4503284 (OS Build 16299.1217)
Tip: You can find the updates you are interested in at Product Update looking for the corresponding KB. For example updates for Windows 10 May 2019 Update (version 1903): KB4503293
All updates are available from Windows Update but also as mentioned above through the Update Catalog. Keep a backup of your system before proceeding with the installation… Microsoft is this ..
