Microsoft recently updated its Windows 10 ISO 1903 or Windows 10 May 2019 Update to include the latest security updates released by the company in July 2019.
In other words, if you download a Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft through the Media Creation Tool or from MSDN you will be able to install the Windows 10 May 2019 Update with the latest security updates by default.
The latest security updates released by Microsoft are available in the cumulative update KB4507453, which was released via Patch Tuesday in July 2019.
The update raised the build number to 18362.239, so after installing Windows 10 with the updated ISOs you should have the specific version on the system you will install.
To check the build number in the OS on your device, click type winver in a command prompt.
ISO images are especially useful for clean installation of Windows 10.
In some cases, even when released updates of new features, a clean install could help troubleshoot your operating system, especially if you experience compatibility glitches.
Meanwhile, the company continues to promote the upgrade of older systems to the latest "fixed" version of Windows 10 May 2019 Update.
The update has begun requiring installation on devices running Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803) Home and Pro, as Microsoft states that you will need to upgrade these devices before the end of operating system support.
