Windows 10 build 18947 is part of the 20H1 build, but it's still one canary build, which means it hasn't been tested internally yet.
Those affected users they generally have ten (10) days after installing build 18947 to complete the rollback process before they lose the ability to do so.
If you have Sense storage enabled, this time window may be reduced. All users involved should complete this step as soon as possible to ensure that they can reset their computer successfully.
