The development team Debian project has released upgraded ISOs of the Debian distribution to the Buster version. So those interested can download new Live or ISO installers for all supported architectures and flavors.
Debian 10.2 Buster includes all the updates that have been released in the last two months, which includes a total of 115 security updates and bug fixes, offering distributors upgraded installation media. Those who have already installed the distribution can upgrade to the latest version with a simple update to their system, which can be done very easily with the following command:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
ISOs are aimed at those who want to do a clean installation, and do not want to update their new system in time.
Debian 10.2 “Buster” ISO images support many architectures, in 32 (i386), and 64 bit (amd64), ARM64, ARMhf, MIPS, MIPSel (MIPS Little Endian), MIPS64el (MIPS 64-bit Little Endian), PPC64el (PowerPC 64-bit Little Endian) and s390x (IBM System z).
Live ISOs are available with several desktop environments such as KDE Plasma, GNOME, Xfce, LXDE, MATE and Cinnamon, but only for 32 and 64 bit systems.
