Deleted Video Finder (Deleted Video Finder) searches for lost videos (usually deleted for any number of reasons) from the YouTube via Google and Wayback Machine.
Many times, you come across YouTube videos that do not exist. You see the links as you browse the web, but when you click, the familiar black screen appears with a red emoticon and a message saying: “This video has been removed”. Disappointing, isn't it?
Below we will describe a way to find the video you are interested in.
Because nothing is deleted on the internet, ever.
Websites like Wayback Machine collect everything you have uploaded to the internet and create virtual backups, which serve to show what the internet looked like at a specific time.
So a developer (Al Sharairi) has developed an extension for Google Chrome that can find deleted YouTube videos through Wayback Machine.
Install Deleted Video Finder, and when you see a deleted video, right-click and select Find Video. Two new tabs will open.
The one to Google search for that particular one addresss URL, as well as another tab with the link to the video clip in the Wayback Machine archive.
You can add the extension to your browser from here.
